All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, your contract continues on a rolling monthly basis with 1 calendar month’s written notice (taken from your next invoice date).
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance by direct debit or credit/debit card.

- Full Flex: Anytime, including weekends and holidays
No, hot desk spaces are for individual work only and must not be used for meetings or group discussions. Please book a meeting room or use the private booths in the reception area for meetings.
No, only active members are permitted in the hot desk room. Visitors are not allowed in this area at any time.
All visitors must register their vehicle upon arrival. Visitors are the responsibility of the active member they are visiting, and members must ensure their visitors follow all Waffle21 policies.
All meeting room bookings must be made via ArchieApp, Waffle21 Portal
- Flex Day members: Can book up to 3 days in advance
- Full Flex members: Can book up to 7 days in advance
- Meeting Room 2: Unlimited use (up to 1 hour per booking for Flex Day Members, up to 2 hours per booking for Full Flex Members), subject to fair use and availability
- Boardroom, Meeting Room 1, or Podcast Suite: Free hours each month (2 hours for Flex Day Members, 4 hours for Full Flex Members). Unused hours do not roll over.
- No, pets are not permitted in coworking or hot desk areas.
- Yes, free onsite parking is available for members and visitors. All drivers must adhere to Waffle21 parking rules, and parking is only valid while the driver is present at Waffle21.
- No, we currently do not offer storage for equipment, inventory, or personal items.
- No, a hot desk or coworking membership does not include the rights or services of a virtual office. If you need a registered business address, mail handling, or related services, you’ll need to purchase a separate Virtual Office package.
